Bethany Dick
Bethany recently graduated from James Cook University in Townsville in 2021. She is originally from Mackay and after spending
majority of my life in North Queensland, Bethany decided to start her journey as a physio in Brisbane at the start of 2022.
Previously, Bethany has worked with people with disabilities of all ages to engage in functional exercise that is meaningful to them to aid in improving both their physical and mental health. She aims to provide her patients with the tools, confidence and strategies to take an active approach in their recovery or condition management. Whilst Bethany aspires to be a well-versed generalist physio, particular areas of interest for Bethany include women's health and chronic pain.
Bethany has played a number of sports throughout her life, including netball, AFL, volleyball, rugby sevens, ballet, and athletics.
So, she understands the effect that sport-related injuries can have on individuals so is really passionate about returning players to their
sport of choice as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Outside of work, Bethany keeps busy in the gym, rugged up in bed with a good book, taking her paddle board to the beach or getting her hands dirty in the garden.
