We are re-launching our "FIT TO RUN" classes this year and to kick them off we are hosting a 1.5 hour workshop on Strength Training for Runners
Taken by Nick our Running physio this workshop will cover why you need to strength train as a runner, which exercises are best for runners, technique, training load and more.
Where: Ashgrove downstairs studio
