Core Conditioning Classes
Sports specific core strengthening classes run regularly in the studio. Check the class timetable for more details. This class is designed to include all the things you should be doing at home but don't have time or aren't motivated to do. It incorporates a number of pieces of equipment and a large variety of exercises to challenge you and make you sweaty! If you want get the most out of your training, a musculoskeletal screening prior to beginning the class would be useful. This class is for injury free people only.
Sports Specifc Exercise Therapy
If you are looking for an exercise program to complement your sport which is tailored specifically to your musculoskeletal and sports needs then why not try exercise therapy? At Revive we have a large number of up and coming, semi-professional and professional athletes who use our exercise therapy groups to work on problem areas or to enhance performance.

APA Sports Physiotherapist
Julie is the founder and manager of Revive Studio. She has 32 years of experience as a physiotherapist and was granted the title of Sports Physiotherapist in 1999. Julie has worked extensively with sporting teams at State and National Levels (gymnastics, squash, athletics, ballet) and travelled and worked with the Queensland State Women's Basketball (Brisbane Blazers, WNBL) for nine years. Julie is Natalie Cook's physiotherapist and worked with Natalie and her partner Tamsin Barnett as they prepared for the Beijing and London Olympics and travelled to Paris and Norway and China with Beach Volley Ball.
As well as managing and mentoring staff, Julie also works to ensure a consistent level of high service is provided to all clients in the studio.
