This giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Entries open [INSERT OPEN DATE] and close at 11:59pm AEST on [INSERT CLOSE DATE].

One entry per person. Multiple or automated entries will be disqualified. The winner of the First Prize (Gold 'Thrive Through Menopause' 12-Week Program, valued at $3,311) and the Runner Up Prize (Luxury Gift Hamper) will be selected by Revive West End at random from all valid entries and notified by phone and email within 5 business days of the close date.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The First Prize program must be commenced within 3 months of the prize being awarded and is subject to practitioner availability.
