Exercise Physiology
Lisa
Fox has commenced work as an Exercise Physiologist and Clinical Pilates Teacher at Revive in Ashgrove. Lisa graduated from The
University of Auckland (NZ) in 2007 with an undergraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Science and a post-graduate degree in Exercise
Rehabilitation, she then completed Masters in Strength and Conditioning from Edith Cowan University in 2016 after moving to Australia.
Lisa has extensive experience in all types of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular rehabilitation in addition to and interest in chronic pain conditions and chronic disease management. She has a special interest in all cancer rehabilitation, completing specialised training in breast cancer rehabilitation through Pink Pilates in New Zealand.
Lisa has been teaching clinical pilates since 2003 and completed a very comprehensive training course that is only available to
accredited health professionals. She regularly attends courses, workshops and conferences to continue to further her Exercise
Physiology and clinical Pilates training.
Lisa is available for Exercise Physiology appointments Monday to Saturday. She is registered for Medicare, Department of Veteran Affairs and private paying clients. Applicable health funds may also be used.
