Pre Purchased Packs Terms And Conditions
We offer pre-purchased packs for our Pilates groups and some classes. When we advertise packs for discounted prices, we also clearly advertise that t's and c's apply to all packs and offers. Purchasing a pack automatically means you agree to our T's and C's outlined below:
REVIVE PACK TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Bookings are required for all classes and appointments
- Packs are Non-transferable and can only be used by the assigned client
- Packs are Non-refundable
- Any sessions not used by the expiry date will be forfeited. Exceptions may be made for special circumstances - please see reception. You MUST notify Revive in writing that you require your pack to be placed in hold and you will be issued with new expirty date once you recommence use of your pack.
- Pack commences from the first session used.
- No further discounts apply
- You are eligible for an itemised receipt after the last visit on your pack to claim back for private health. Please notify reception if you would like a receipt so they can track your visits.
Refunds:
Packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
In the rare event that a refund is approved by Revive, it will be calculated as follows:
Packs are sold at a discounted rate based on the bulk purchase of sessions and are meant for people who regularly and frequently attend for groups and classes. Should the entire pack not be used the discount given to account for the agreed frequency of attendance no longer applies.
If a refund is approved, all sessions already used will be recalculated at the standard (non-discounted) session rate.
The refund amount will be the original purchase price minus the cost of all sessions attended at the standard full rate.
Example: A 33-pack purchased for $1,560 provides sessions at $47.30 each. If a refund is approved, sessions already attended will be charged at the standard rate of $60 per session, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
This calculation is final, non-negotiable, and binding in all refund circumstances.
(In the case of a natural disaster, unforeseen event, or circumstances beyond the control of Revive that affect the viability
of the business, no refunds will be provided)
Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy:
We understand that there are times where you miss an appointment due to emergencies, obligations for work or family and unforeseen
circumstances. If you need to cancel or change an appointment, we require 6 business hours’ notice. Our Exercise Therapy Groups are becoming
very popular with people on our waitlist, so this allows us time where possible to contact someone and offer them your appointment. Failure
to do so will be charged $25 per session if multiple appointments are late cancelled. Should you miss or forget an appointment altogether or
ring to cancel at the time of your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of your appointment by forfeit of a session on your
pack.
