Following your assessment your physio with make recommendations for exercise and technique changes specific to your needs.  You can then carry out these sessions at the clinic either one on one or in small groups.

If you prefer to carry out your exercise program at home, we can provide you with a targeted exercise program specific to your needs.

Running Assessments

Whether you are a seasoned runner, professional athlete or a weekend warrior we can help you improve your running, become more efficient and manage and avoid injury through a thorough assessment and targeting exercise programs specifically designed for you !  Whether you’re training for a particular event, are just starting to run, or are resuming running following an injury, an assessment will help you to perform your best. We work with all ability levels of runners to improve your technique and enhance your performance.

Even if you’re not a runner, it is a skill that is the predominant action in most sports and physical activities. .  So if your'e looking to improve your general performance in your chosen sport running is a skill  that it can be improved just like any other skill-based activity.

Poor running technique can be a contributing factor to injury, resulting in time off from  training and interruption of your routine.  For athletes or serious runners, poor technique can be what’s holding them back from performing injury free at their best.

Initial assessment ( 1 hour)  - assessment of movement, stability and video of running on treadmill - $205

We then recommend a further one hour booking as a follow up - 

 Follow up (1 hour)  -go over your video and home program.  Practice exercises.  $173
