About the role
Job tasks and responsibilities

This role involves the following tasks:
General reception tasks - phone calls, appointment bookings, scheduling meetings, taking payments including using Health fund software
for on the spot medical claims.
Processing DVA and Workcover claims and reconciling remittance advices
Communicating with practitioners and supporting them day to day with the management of room preparedness, ensuring adequate stock of medical consumables
Ordering stock for therapists and patients
Having a good understanding of our services and being able to communicate with patients and therapists about our services
Other admin duties as needed.
