Michelle studied an undergraduate double degree in exercise science and social science psychology at Charles Sturt University in Bathurst NSW. She then worked at a rehabilitation hospital in Dubbo NSW focusing on aqua therapy and also working with brain injury and spinal cord injury. Michelle started her pilates training around this time. Michelle moved to Canberra ACT to study her Master of Physiotherapy at university of Canberra. Whilst studying, Michelle worked as a sports trainer for a local AFL team. After graduating she moved to Brisbane to work in a private practice and in December 2015 started working at Revive. Michelle has a keen interest in chronic pain and structures her treatment around a holistic approach.
