Studio Pilates: Pilates exercise performed on specialized equipment in the Studio. Individual or group sessions available. Best for anyone with injuries, pregnant clients and those wanting a specific and individualized program. These sessions run on the hour. Our Equipment Pilates is not on this timetable as the sessions run on the hour throughout the day DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY.
Mat Class: A one hour class on the mat. Ideal for clients with no injuries wanting a total body workout to promote strength, core stability, flexibility, posture and breathing.
Stretch Class: A half hour class of gentle stretches aimed at improving overall flexibility and injury prevention. This class is ideal for those who work in a sedentary occupation.
Yoga: One hour. We teach a unique blend of Hatha Yoga which is traditional yoga postures linked together in sequence to strengthen and tone the body/mind this is blended with Japanese corrective yoga which is healing to specific areas of the body.
Power Pilates: A one hour class for intermediate to advanced clients.
Weights Class: A 45 minute weights workout for those wanting to strenghen, tone and increase bone density and muscle mass.
