We are excited to introduce Personal and Group training to our studio commencing in April 2010. Personal training can be beneficial for everyone no matter what your fitness level, body type or age. A personal trainer can help yo u to:

At Revive Ashgrove we are offering one hour sessions with 2 - 4 people per group or 1:1 sessions. The sessions will consist of cardiovascular training, resistance training and stretching using various different types of equipment. The sessions can be tailored to your individual needs and fitness levels so you will gain the most out of your workouts. You can train with a group of friends and share the price of the hour - make your sessions more motivating by getting together with your friends for a fun workout this summer.
