The studios have a light airy feel and from the minute you step throught the door you will feel a sense of relaxation and welcoming from the environment.  There is an abundance of natural light coming in from the windows that front Mary street in the City studio and the outlook from the exercise studio is open and leafy. The studio at Ashgrove is located in an old house that oozes old worldy charm.

There is ample space to store your gear while you workout or have a treatment. There is a gift shop for that ideal gift of health and fitness for loved ones or to spoil yourself with a book, soaps and body butters and pilates accessories available.
