PILATES INSTRUCTOR TRAINING

Starting June 24th 2011 Anatomy and matwork course with STOTT PILATES will commence in the studio.  We look forward to hosting these courses in conjunction with BREATHE YOGA AND PILATES from Melbourne.


NEW CLASSES 2011

We have a number of new exciting classes:  All are taken by a physiotherapist and claimable on your private health insurance. You have the option of paying casually or purchasing a pack of 10 classes.

Fit to Run -a circuit style class aimed at improving your running.  Get started so you are good to go for the Bridge to Brisbane.

Ski Fit - a fitness class targeting the muscles you need to ski well and prevent injuries on the slopes.  Also a good general fitness and strength class even if you aren't skiing this season

Remedial weights and balance - learn the basics of weight training and simple balance exercises.  This class is aimed at older people wanting to begin weight training and balance retraining for falls prevention and osteoporosis management.
