Galileo at Revive city
We have one of the few Galileo machines in Brisbane. This amazing machine can improve :
- Your strength and performance
- Your balance and co-ordination
- Your flexibility and agility

- Your pain
No matter how young or old you are and irrespective of your level of fitness, the Galileo offers individual exercise opportunities for everyone. The whole body or a part of the body can be stimulated and trained.
The Galileo consists of a vibrating platform that the user stands on or performs exercises on which stimulates muscles in a manner that promotes their rapid development.
The movement of the plate stimulates the body's natural stretch reflex which causes a spontaneous muscle contraction - the same protective reflex experienced when you trip or miss a step.
Therefore, without thinking about it, your body responds with a strong muscle contraction. These strong contractions are able to be repeated at a rapid rate. (This speed and intensity of contraction is not possible purely with a conscious contraction). This assists in achieving training or rehabilitaiton goals more effectively and efficiently.
Signifi cant effects can be achieved with an exercise time of only 8 -15 minutes, 2 times per week for 4 - 8 weeks, depending on your condition and goals.
Therefore, the Galileo is a very effective and time saving training device, which is less exhausting than most other forms of training.
We thoroughly assess you prior to exercising with the Galileo and establish an individual training plan that will achieve maximum training effects for you while preventing any health risks.
